Hector and the Search for Happiness has its North American premiere at the Toronto International FIlm Festival in a special presentation screening at the Winter Garden Theatre.
Monday, September 15th:
WGA member screening of “Hector and the Search for Happiness,” followed by a Q&A with writing team Peter Chelsom & Tinker Lindsay
Friday, September 19th:
“Hector and the Search For Happiness” opens in theaters in New York and Los Angeles (Hollywood Arclight) on September 19, in limited release on September 26, and wide on October 3.
Saturday, September 20th:
Tinker will be speaking on a Harvard/Radcliffe Reunion panel “So You Want to Write a Book!” a moderated discussion of the publishing revolution, what it means and how to take advantage of it, whether you want to self-publish, indie publish with a small press or publish traditionally with a major New York publishing company.
Friday, October 24-Sunday, October 26th:
Tinker will be a guest author at the La Jolla Writers’ Conference, both lecturing and leading workshops on various aspects of writing books and screenplays. www.lajollawritersconference.com
